Our workshop enables us to be self-sufficient in the production of different components with all types of material (lead, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass …) as well as in the fabrication of our equipment (moulds …)
Sheet metal work - boiler manufacturing - welding
In our workshop we manufacture steel, stainless steel and aluminium boiler constructions.
All of the welding work is completed by accredited professionals.
Assembly - painting
We carry out mechanical assembly, cabling and painting work as well as endurance tests on all of the turnkey products which we supply.
On-site assistance
Our team of technicians is available at any time to provide you with on-site assistance in the following areas: training, advice, design, assembly, installation, servicing.

Die casting
Die casting through the use of gravity or pressure is used in order to manufacture components weighing either a few grams or several tons.
The absorbent strength of lead makes it suitable for a wide range of applications in the area of the protection against X rays and radioactive materials.
The FONDERIE DE GENTILLY also applies its knowledge to the production of equipment which is used in nuclear medicine, for both hospital treatments and medical imaging.
All of the equipment complies with the very highest of standards in terms of radioprotection and therefore ensures complete safety for its users and operators.
